MySol Aesthetics was created for clients who want more than another facial. MySol represents your personal solution and your personal source of energy.
Through thoughtful formulation and intentional minimalism, we support skin health that feels balanced, energized, and naturally radiant.
Founded by a licensed pharmacist and advanced esthetician, MySol bridges the gap between cosmetic chemistry, skin physiology, and therapeutic touch. We approach skin and scalp health the way formulation science intends, by understanding function first, then selecting ingredients, techniques, and frequency that support lasting results.
There are no “signature facials” here. There are only formulations that are customized, adjusted, and refined with each visit.
Appointment Cancellation + Late Policy
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the highest level of service, please review the following policies.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to relax and complete any necessary intake forms.
If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest, while the full service price will still apply.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward your service total.
If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to one future appointment.
Disclaimer
For your safety, our services cannot be performed under the following conditions:
- Hair extensions (tape-in, sew-in, bonded, fusion, micro-link, or similar)
- Open wounds, cuts, or abrasions on the scalp and skin
- Active scalp infection
- Ringworm (tinea capitis)
- Head lice or nits
- Contagious skin conditions
- Severe sunburn on the scalp
- Recent scalp surgery or unhealed incisions
- Uncontrolled bleeding disorders
- Fever or contagious illness
Services may need to be postponed if you have: - Active psoriasis or eczema flare-ups affecting the scalp
- Severe seborrheic dermatitis with broken skin
- Significant scalp irritation or inflammation
- Recent hair transplant (within 6–12 months or until cleared by your
- Recent scalp microneedling, PRP, or other scalp procedures (within 1–2 weeks, depending on treatment)
- Recent chemical service causing scalp sensitivity (bleaching, perm, relaxer, or color within 48–72 hours)
- Severe migraine or sensitivity to scalp stimulation on the day of your appointment
